Join us as we host our Mindfulness and Self Care “Pop-Up" drop in class with SSU Philosophy professor, Dr. Andy Wallace. Please register using the link provided below.
During each 30-minute virtual session, Dr. Wallace will provide you with a short discussion about mindfulness and kindness and facilitate fun, and nurturing mindfulness-based practices. Numerous empirical studies show that strengthening mindfulness can reduce stress and negative thinking, increase resiliency and optimism, and awaken qualities of peace, tranquility and kindness.
